Contact forms
On this website you can contact us via a contact form. The personal information you provide will be stored in our databases and used for normal business correspondence and service purposes.

Who we share our data with
Depending on the project and relevance, we share your data with third parties. These can be our partners, such as companies and organizations in the respective locations and countries, cloud services for storage during project processing, such as Dropbox, payment service providers, such as banks, Paypal or debt collection companies. However, only the data that is absolutely necessary is passed on.
How long we retain your data
We store personal data in the customer file for an unlimited period of time, but at least ten years after we have realized the last project with them. In all other cases, you can request the deletion of your data from us at any time and we will be happy to provide proof of this on request.
For authors who are registered on our website, we additionally store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the user name cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and change this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
