SEWTREE – A new Approach to Urban Water Management
WSI in cooperation with ATB WATER GmbH are currently developing an innovative, close-to-nature wastewater and stormwater treatment and storage system to be applied in urban wastewater management. A first pilot, research and demonstration (PR&D) phase is currently being carried out in Ho Chi Minh City. The objective of this assignment is I) to investigate the overall suitability of SEWTREE under urban conditions in a developing country, II) gather first experiences on performance and operation, III) improve the original product design where necessary and required, and IV) prepare for the market introduction in Vietnam.

- Development of a M&E scheme / quality assurance
- Comprehensive testing and performance supervision
- Stakeholder workshop
- Final Report including lessons learned and recommendations for improvement
